1. A custom-built database holds all the relevant contact details of your clients. Because this is driven off an URL, you can password-access the database at any time to update the information. Even better: the database is shaped around your requirements, so you can segment your contacts any way you like. We are very clear that this information is yours only - held securely and in full confidentiality; we neither view nor share your contacts.

2. Then, at a frequency determined by you, Gang takes care of writing, photography, design and coding your newsletter. We can take it all off your hands. Our writer can interview you and then pen text, or reshuffle information provided by you. Our coder is a whiz at integrating streaming video, photos, etc. Anything goes - it's entirely up to you.

3. Once you're happy with the newsletter, you sign it off and it's parked on the database, ready to be emailed to all your contacts. Unlike most, we don't charge on a ‘per contact' basis. We'll sit down with you and determine what exactly you require, and then quote a fixed price to design and distribute your newsletters - whether your database holds five or 50,000 names.
